I had a nice experience and the services are timely and professional. While I had made an appointment for only one service, she managed time for an additional request I made in the moment. I thought that was considerate of her on a Friday evening.

Leanka was great, she made me feel super at ease and comfortable, even though I was a bit nervous. She also checked expectations with me of how much hair would be removed so we both knew we were on the same page, which I really appreciated. I’d booked the wrong appointment for the amount of hair to be removed but she was super kind about it and we worked something out, which was great! She’s really professional and thorough, no patches were missed. I’ll definitely be coming back!
