The waxing was fine, but not the overall experience as they were 30 minutes late (none offered me a coffee or so) and I asked if they could wax a couple of hairs on my belly and I have been asked to pay more. At most salon it is included (as it really takes 2 minuts) and this is not acceptable when you also make your client wait 30 minutes
