Veronica was very nice, but clearly not a good listener, as I mentioned not to do my brows tail too long (with the henna) as I was missing hairs, she did exactly the opposite. Unfortunately, you can’t fix that so I left with different expectations. Never showed for me to approve before the tinting, and freehand the henna tinting. She did shaped them great.
