Firstly the venue is super clean, easy access and staff are very welcoming. Keity is very professional and reassured me given it was my first time trying a Brazilian wax. She kept conversation flowing to prevent me from focusing on the "pain" and was very friendly and warm. I have been going back to her ever since! Definitely recommend!
