Poor service. I was late due to unforeseen circumstances, and when I got there, the beautician was raising her voice at me. At the end, she agreed to perform the procedure partially. I tried to make small talk, but she was expressing her judgment over the state of my skin/hair. I shouldn’t have been screamed at or judged like that. On top of all that, I had to finish up the procedure the beautician performed myself when I got home. Not worth the money
