Great experience, I highly recommend Novia. Brasil Wax by Marisa: made with care, ultimate detail, very professional, and with the least pain. Best in my experience up until today! The place: neat and tidy with a properly warm temperature (very important if you need to take all your clothes off). Since I read some complaints on this topic I would like to add that the communication with the ladies was excellent from the start. (and I was a new, unknown client this time)
