I booked my appointment with Delilah, however, when I arrived, I was directed to another room. I believe it'd be nice to inform clients before making such changes, so no surpises happen. Maria was polite and sweet, and the waxing was cleaner than even before. Unfortunately, it was also significantly more painful than usual and the floor in the room wasn't clean (quite many hair balls on the floor). However, I will come back, since I liked the end result.
