My appointment started 15 minutes late because they had issues with my reservation. During my Brazilian waxing, while I was in a very vulnerable position, the person responsible for the appointment system came into the room three times and tried to take my phone to confirm the reservation. I asked her to leave and wait until the treatment was finished, and explained that I felt uncomfortable, but she ignored my request.
The person who performed my treatment, however, was very professional.
