This is my 2nd time here, both times I wasn’t the best client. 1st time I booked the wrong service. They were kind and understanding and changed my booking. The 2nd time I was VERY late. Again they were very kind, understanding and accommodating. Rose was an angel. I was flustered, but she made sure I felt ok. She worked fast, still with soft hands and put me at ease. I’m extremely grateful and appreciative for the service provided.
