I always go to Novia but first time with Lynayla. Lynayla applied huge slaps of wax which she could not get off in one go and it broke multiple times which hurt, more hairs were broken off then waxed off and in addition she ended the session and I had loads of wax left on my body. She rushed and did not deliver good service. Book an appointment with everybody else but not Lynayla is my advice.
