Yesterday I had the most amazing deep session at Well-HELD by Catarina, in which she worked a lot on my womb area and my solar plexus. I had deep releases during the session and I felt very safe and HELD by her. The whole process continued all day & night also after, I was able to release a lot of pain and sadness and it really felt like clearing my body. I like the personal safe space of the session being given in her living room and the personal touches all around.
