Andres made my Balinese massage at Hotel Jakarta an exceptional experience. He was warm, attentive and professional, carefully explaining the treatment and asking about my needs and preferences. I felt genuinely valued and cared for, leaving completely relaxed and refreshed. It was the highlight of my stay! More than five stars! I wholeheartedly recommend him. A sincere message to management: Andres is worth his weight in gold and deserves recognition that is reflected in his salary.

An absolutely incredible couples’ stress relief massage! We both felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. A truly unforgettable moment together. Highly recommended!

While the staff was lovely, the overall massage experience fell short of what we had hoped for and didn’t feel worth the cost. As someone who gets massages regularly and makes a point to enjoy them while traveling, I was expecting a more relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, the massage experience itself was underwhelming. Additionally, my massage seemed to end earlier than expected, which added to the disappointment. the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Sorry

Zen was excellent, honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. He really knew what he was doing and I left feeling completely relaxed. If I'd had more free time, I would have booked a treatment every single day. Highly recommend asking for Zen.
