The couples massage was performed by two men. We weren't expecting that. It didn't bother us at the time, but in the end, the massage was different, less subtle than what we've experienced before at this spa. We'll mention it in our next booking.

I had the Himalayan treatment which was very good and something quite different. I found the Treatwell booking system not good and had to contact the hotel directly twice to sort out our treatment bookings but what we received once there the treatments and therapists were excellent.
