Heb mijn wimpers en werkbrauwen laten verven. Hier al eerder laten doen en was er toen heel blij mee. Deze keer was de vorm echter niet mooi en zat er ook een heel stuk geverfd boven mijn werkbrauw waardoor het juist onverzorgd oogt. Hier nog over gebeld maar vervolgens kreeg ik te horen “dat ik het er af moet scrubben en dat het vanzelf weg gaat...” erg jammer dat er zo met klachten om wordt gegaan, voelde me niet erg geholpen.

Third time at this place for facial, would visit again but not the acvtive Pureness. It was not deep enough for me. the staff was Kind and acomodating as usual. Products are amazing, this is just not my facial.

The massage was ok, didn’t quite hit the right spots on my head & neck which I think is what gave me a headache. Good on the upper back but spent most of the time there (which I asked to do as a focus point) but it meant sacrificing all arms and hand massage - this should be communicated as I would have asked her not to do this. Access to the pool area is not included in the massage which is strange, and is way too hot to enjoy. The pool is cold. Not worth the extra money.
