Tatjana is a gem, but the overall ambience of this Welness is going to down after every visit. After leaving the massage there was nobody at the desk for stamping my card, are paying a tip for Tatjana. This Wellness should be extremely happy and feeling lucky with such professionals as Tatjana (and Peter). But again and again the organisation around them is failing their professionalism. It would be a shame if they decided to quit but I can't blame them. Management should step up their game
