The massage was ok, didn’t quite hit the right spots on my head & neck which I think is what gave me a headache. Good on the upper back but spent most of the time there (which I asked to do as a focus point) but it meant sacrificing all arms and hand massage - this should be communicated as I would have asked her not to do this.
Access to the pool area is not included in the massage which is strange, and is way too hot to enjoy. The pool is cold. Not worth the extra money.

Heel erg slecht. Vriendelijk personeel, maar onkundig. Ben hier nu twee keer geweest, beide keren na het waxen alsnog veel haren die niet weg gehaald zijn. Voor de wenkbrauwen waxen was weinig tijd meer en daar werd welgeteld twee minuten over gedaan. Erg slecht, mij zien ze niet meer terug.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room setting is standard and comfortable. The only minus point is there are few very minor cuts on my skin due to the treatment, not sure if that is normal? And full treatment was completed by waxing without thin threads and tweezers, is it better?
