The hot stone massage was the worst one we've ever received - after the massage after some conversation with the staff it became clear that this was the first time that they had given the massage and the stones were not heating up properly. We were compensated but didn't feel very cared for in the process of feedback to the staff especially the manager who came to resolve the issue.

Tijdens de behandeling was het heel fijn. Het enige wat ik jammer vond is dat er niet gevraagd werd of het te hard was of juist te zacht en de warmte van de handdoek die gebruikt werd, er werd niet gevraagd of de temperatuur goed was. Verder was het perfect.
