My masseur was excellent. Great pressure and ability to find and work on the knotted areas of my back.
My concern was the size and layout of the changing room. It was too small, dirty, and slippery. The lockers for the clothes were inconvenient , either too high or low. Finally, the door opened right to the hallway so the was no privacy.

My massage with Zen was great. The deep tissue massage helped reduce the tension in my shoulders. Zen communicated really well and my over all experience was great. It would be nicer to have larger changing rooms and some additional products available. Also, would be nice if we can use the swimming pool and sauna when we booked the treatment.
Overall, I had a nice experience.
