This is the second booking made the first one was for my girlfriends birthday present the morning of her birthday we was canceled on an hour before. I book back in for Thursday today and what do we get canceled on again the morning of saying the other staff member is ill. Not just poor service and nothing to apologise or show for it, let down by this side.
