Nicol gebruikte verschillende deep tissue-technieken om triggerpoints in mijn schouders en bovenrug aan te pakken. Ik raad haar ten zeerste aan. Nicol vroeg naar mijn comfortniveau tijdens de massage en paste de behandeling en druk dienovereenkomstig aan. Nicol used a variety of deep tissue techniques to address trigger points in my shoulders and upper back. I highly recommend her . Nicol asked about my comfort level throughout the massage and adjusted the treatment and pressure accordingly.
