Really happy with the result and the experience was very relaxing! Liana noticed I have very stubborn straight lashes so she took extra care and explained the process to me. Definitely recommend if you have thick strong lashes that tend to straighten

She's pretty nice but she broke 3 of my natural nails when she take off my biab and she ripped off my skin and made me bleed. My nails are not filed straight. I think she's not so professional. Not a good experience for me but she is punctual and nice.
