I had an appointment at 5:40, but Rachell was having her eyelashes done, and she started at 6:00. I felt she started in a hurry and immediately took a phone call, and after that she used her phone to show some pictures to her colleague. At the end, she put cream on my feet and then went outside to smoke a cigarette and make a phone call.
She did everything in 45 minutes, even though the SPA pedicure was supposed to last 1 hour, as stated on Treatwell.
It felt rushed and unprofessional

I had booked a 1 hour spa pedicure for a friend as a gift. They were done in 40 minutes as she didn’t have much to clean apparently. Kind of defeats the purpose spa part of the pedicure.
