I wanted light brown highlights on my dark brown hair (that natural sun-kissed look) and I got orange highlights with very sharp transition of color (it looks like my roots already came). I asked her to fix the orange hair and she applied a toner(?) which made it a tiny bit okay. At that point I was in the salon for 5 hours and I said it's nice so I could leave (it was around 19:45). She said I need to pay 15€ more for the toner. At that moment I lost it and of course didn't pay it.

Naomi was super gastvrij en gaf een goed adviesgesprek. Ook gaf ze handige tips voor mijn haar. Ze heeft mijn haar uiteindelijk heel mooi geknipt :) Zeker een aanrader
