I asked for a toner to neutralise brassy yellow/orange tones and achieve a clean blonde (platinum/ash/beige), but my hair turned out much darker and looks brunette. Toner should enhance and balance, not darken this much. I also requested only a trim of split ends, but received many layers instead, making my hair harder to style. Overall, the result didn’t match what I clearly asked for.
