I had booked a spa pedicure with removal. My expectations were for my BIAB to be removed and my nails to be properly cleaned, filed into the desired shaped and my feet to be washed, scrubbed off and moisturized.
We agreed on the above with Rosa before she started.
Unfortunately, by the end of the pedicure, the BIAB was not fully taken off my nails (pieces left on the sides), my cuticles and under my nails was not cleaned.
The nail shape was not as desired and my feet were not moisturized.

Good mani/pedi as always but I did feel the employee was working very quickly and sometimes hurt me without noticing or asking if I was ok.
