Overall is wat je betaalt ook naar de kwaliteit van wat je krijgt: het is niet zo duur, en ook niet zo fantastisch. De salon heeft weinig sfeer: scheve schilderijen aan de muur met verkleurde foto's erin... Ik was uiteindelijk 20 min later aan de buurt dan mijn afgesproken tijd: afspraken kunnen altijd uitlopen, maar geef dan tenminste aan dat het nog zo'n 20 minuten duurt. De pedicure was prima, zoals ik al zei: prijs/kwaliteit. De gereedschappen werden voor je neus een beetje schoon geveegd met de handdoek waar je voeten in droog gemaakt waren en vervolgens terug in de bak gegooid, niet heel schoon?

Erg rommelig, slechte hygiene. Vuile mesjes worden weer terug gezet. Alles wordt op de grond gegooid. Ik raad deze Salón niet aan.

I booked a manicure 5 days in advance, I needed to have the manicure on time because of an event. I arrived at the arranged time at the saloon and there was only one lady working there and she was starting a manicure. I waited for 20min and asked about my manicure, the lady said she was busy and the other client had booked also the time so she could not leave her to take care of me, she did not even tell me how long it will take her to finish the other client. I do not understand why they accepted my booking if they do not have the required resources to commit to their times (and I booked 5 days in advance!!). I thought it was very bad also that the lady acted as if it was acting irrationally just because I wanted to get the service for which I had paid, and suggesting that I was being unfair to the other client. Finally after a lot of discussion she went inside the house and another lady came up and did my manicure (more than 30 min later than the arranged time). The experience was not good, the saloon was really noisy with the children of the ladies working there playing really loud music/tv shows. Definitely not a place to go to relax and have some time for yourself.

mijn nagels worden heel goed gedaan door Weiwei en ik heb vandaag een pedicure behandeling gekregen die vond ik ook heel prettig en zeker niet duur. Ik ben vaste klant geworden :)
