The whole experience was great from start to finish. Natalia was so helpful prior to the appointment with some questions i had, and then during the massage she was so friendly welcoming, informative, caring and just lovely. It was my first time and loved the treatment. It was also very relaxing and calming. Will definitely be back, thank you so much :)
