It was absolutely amazing! Perfect pressure, lots of knowledge (shes trained as a physio), I felt like I was in very safe hands. Could not recommend more!

Kauana is exceptional. She has an amazing way of quickly identifying the source of body pain then helping to eliminate it completely. In my case it was my lower back then leg and side pain from a cross fit injury.Through careful observation, massage, exercises and her brilliant sense of humour, I am now pain free and am more aware of how to prevent it from happening again.

I went to Kauana for a pregnancy massage, after a few sleepless nights and diffused leg and back pain. I cannot recommend her enough. She is super knowledgeable and professional, and especially given I am now very pregnant, she took extra steps to make sure I was safe, comfortable and taken care of. I left feeling SO much lighter, which is not a feeling I associate with this time of my life 😁

I booked a sports massage with Kauana and it was really good. The massage was strong but gentle, exactly what I needed. And besides an excellent massage therapist, Kauana is a really nice person.
