Very relaxing space. Lauren's hands were very soft and I felt very safe and at ease with her. She checked in with me a few times during the massage to see how I was doing but never in a pushy or intrusive manner. I came with a lot of upper back tension and the morning after the massage it was a million times better.

This was one of the best experiences ever! She told me so much information and i’ve learned a lot. It was also really relaxing. Really recommend the foot reflexology massage, also if you’re new to this. Amazing experience!
