I felt immediately at ease with Manuela, she has a pleasant energy and is very kind and welcoming. I felt nurtured and heard and I got more than expected. She gave me some extra information about tension in my body, that might be related to my migraines. I am very grateful for her attention. I'm looking forwards to having another session in the future.
