If you are speaking mainly english and your dutch is poor I wouldn' t reccomend. I felt not welcome and also we had to communicate with google translate. As expected the explanation with google translate was not the best option and was some miscommunication about my roots colour. I had to pay extra in case to correct it. I got my hair done from 2 young girls and the salon owner was only observing. I basically got just my roots coloured & toner and had to pay 175€.
If you are expat better skip :(
