Lovely haircut and colour but I was surprised to be charged an extra €100 on top of the €185 I’d already paid for just half a head of highlights. I do have thicker hair but the €100 extra charge in the salon exceeded any expectations! I appreciated the advice that I needed an Olaplex treatment and was happy to spend €45, but for a total spend of €330, unfortunately I would have expected a full head of highlights. It might be nicer to have more transparency on pricing in the future.
