Waar ik voornamelijk Thaise Yoga Massages geef, wat een mix is tussen verschillende massage technieken van Thaise Massage, Shiatsu, Acupressuur, Meditatie en Osteopathie.

Wat kan je verwachten:

Je ligt op een (verwarmde) futton matras met relaxte kleding aan (yoga, joggingsbroek bv. )
Tijdens de massage breng ik je in verschillende "yoga" houdingen , waar ik je stretch, palmdruk geef, met m'n handen, voeten, ellebogen. manupulaties van de rug als deze erg vastzit.

Deze massage vorm is erg effectief voor zenuwsyteem om tot volledige ontspanning te komen maar ook therapeutisch.
