- Op jouw profiel kan je tot 24 uur voorafgaand zelf online verplaatsen of annuleren. Bij het te laat annuleren ontvang je een betaalverzoek van 100% van de basis behandeling. Zolang deze niet betaald is, kan je geen nieuwe afspraak inplannen.
- Jij bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het op tijd boeken en of annuleren van je afspraken.
