SOLSTICE is a tranquil and safe space designed to help you relax and unwind. They specialize in Swedish, Pregnancy & Post Natal, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Healing & Facial Massage techniques. Every treatment begins with a short intake conversion with your therapist to see what your wishes are- and determine how to treat you best. Every treatment is fully customized to fit each individual client’s needs.

The salon uses the Earthlite Spirit massage table, ideal for both regular massages and pregnancy treatments thanks to its removable sling. The table provides full belly and breast support, so expectant mothers can fully surrender and enjoy the massage treatment lying face down.

• For pregnant clients, massages are available to be booked only from the second trimester (from the 13th week of pregnancy). The Solstice Pregnancy Massage is the only suitable treatment to be booked during your pregnancy as the massage is tailored to be safe & with comfortable positioning for a pregnant body.

The studio is always available beforehand by email if you need help deciding which might be appropriate for your body info@solsticebodywork.nl. Treatments are performed using organic almond massage oil, with nut-free alternatives available upon request. The restroom is stocked with Marie Stella Maris products and fresh single-use hand towels.

Studio Location: The studio is located in Amsterdam West, at Groen van Prinstererstraat 65-H. It’s easily accessible by tram with the nearest stop at Van Hallstraat, about a 5-minute walk from the studio. Paid street parking is available nearby.

NOTE: Please arrive on time, but no more than 5-10 minutes early as the door may still be locked. Come to your appointments alone. The studio space is a single-room boutique with no waiting area, so unfortunately guests cannot be accommodated.
