I decided to make an appointment for the laser treatment of a fungal nail, after reading all the great reviews about how kind the staff were. My experience was completely the opposite. I had nothing but arrogance and a dismissive attitude in return to my questions about a treatment that obviously I didn't know much about. The best answer I got was "you can find all the answers online" It felt like being looked down by people working at NASA with futuristic technology, which they are obviously not. I am sorry, it could have been interesting to try other treatments, but not anymore, because after two appointments, I am not going back.
