They didn’t apply the discount I had for the treatment, and didn’t want to return me the money. They burned my head multiple times with the hair dryer. It took 4 hours in total since they only had 1 hair dryer that were passing on to each other. And they treated my hair badly, smoke coming out of the hair straightener, didn’t even detangle my hair properly before drying. A terrible experience in general. I went there since it was cheaper, but I ended up paying the same as I would in a nice salon

Geen aanrader. Bij binnenkomst 20 minuten wachten. Wat mij verbaasde is dat de kappers meer bezig waren met het doen van de eigen make up en het eigen haar doen, terwijl klanten moesten wachten. Knippen licht scheef maar ik heb veel krullen dus je ziet het niet gelukkig. Ik las ook in een andere review dat het fohnen heel heet wordt gedaan, net als bij mij. Haar ruikt naar brand aan het einde. De vanaf prijzen op de site vallen ook veel hoger uit in het echt. Ik ga niet meer terug.

I’m crazy satisfied with the results. I got balayage done by Ela. They really listened to me when I came in. I used the first 10 in the salon like a therapy in which I explained how I wanted my hair to stay dark and to look natural. And it does! I would recommend them to anyone :)
