I was running late and called them a few times, no response. When arrived they made time which was very kind. The Biab was done in a bit less then 25 min, the massage that’s in the booking is not performed( even thought there was time). But the most disturbing thing is that the instruments were not properly cleaned. .

He was very rushed and I didn’t feel like was willing to give some service. I asked if he could repair my broken nail and said directly ‘no’, even though the other colleagues I had before always did that.
