The hygiene was unacceptable. the nail drill bits were not disinfected between clients, and there were clipped nails on the floor. My BIAB infill was done without the proper materials for the design I booked, and the technician spent a lot of time searching for tools. I ended up getting plain gel polish, but the salon refused to refund the design fee, so I had to contact Treatwell. One hour is simply not enough for a BIAB infill if quality is expected. I took some pictures I wish I could upload
