I went to have my powder nails and extensions removed and a biab applied on my natural nails. My power nails where lightly buffed- my extensions not removed, only shortened. I tried to explain again want I wanted and where there were issues but gave up as I just wanted them finished. The end result is uneven at the tips and overall surface and very very very thick nails- will go somewhere else to have them fixed. Was too tired of the experience to try to get it fixed there
