Onaardig, niet behulpzaam en kortaf. Ze schuurde perongeluk tegen mijn huid aan bij het afhalen van mijn gellac nagels en zei toen geen sorry… vrij dikke gellac, niet mooi glad en vlak.

I felt completely unwelcome, the lady hardly spoke to me, was rough during the treatment, the drying machine was too hot, it hurt a lot. At first I thought the manicure was ok, but in daylight it wasn’t that good. And I think my nails are ruined due to polishing the previous nail polish off. It was a bad experience and I will never go there again.

I wanted a specific nail design and payed the usual fee but then after having received the base they told me it will cost 17 euro extra because they don't have the color I wanted. Then they charged another 20 euro extra for the design even though at the beginning I was told it will only cost 46 euros, but it ended up being nearly 80 euros. That was not nice and communication was hard because the employees had limited English skills.
