The nails are really thick which makes them last at least 3 weeks. Havent had a broken nail or any other problems last time. I always get asked which shape I want and if I'm happy with the filed shape before color and gel is put on, which is really nice

They do not accept credit card for payment which should be indicated beforehand. Also the shellac in one of the nails was left uneven
