Waiting for more than 30 minutes for an appointment and the staff wanted to blame treatwell system. They provided a new estimated time when I said I would leave. They did not keep their promises. Oh the cherry on the top when I arrived they didn’t greet or say hello they shout at me saying have an appointment? I did but what did if I had to wait 3x the time of the service? If you can’t keep a simple thing like managing your agenda and greeting with a smile. You should close your business.
