Eerst heb ik een half uur gewacht tot mijn afspraak begon. De vrouw die mijn nagels verzorgde, sneed eerst in mijn vinger met de boor, negeerde het volledig en bleef op de snee drukken. Ze ging verder met mijn acrylnagels en toen ik haar vroeg om ze dunner te maken, negeerde ze me. Ze had haast om klaar te zijn, want de salon was helemaal overboekt. The salon was not sanitary and tools were not fresh and cleaned between customers. The staff were very loud and the lady doing my nails was very rough. I came away with bleeding cuticles and the treatment took nearly 2 hours. I will not be returning.
