Ik had verschrikkelijk veel eelt en verkleurde nagels. Na de pedicure van Nadia waren mijn voeten heel erg zacht en de nagels zagen er weer gezond uit.

I booked an appointment for gel nails - french manicure (paid by my boss because my job requires me to look decent and neat so I cannot get just any kind of fancy sparkling and colourful party nails). Unfortunately I got acrylic nails instead. I tried to explain several times what I wanted and had ordered but it made no difference. I also wanted french manicure made IN the nails, not painted on them but also that did not turn out the way I had hoped. At the studio nobody really spoke dutch which was a bit of a surprise but no problem for me, unfortunately the woman that did my nails really did not say a word to me, completely ignored me, was unfriendly and was very busy chatting with her colleague. She did not listen to a word I said when I asked about the nails and said what I expected and had booked. She was slightly rough with my hands too, she sort of held my fingers in a choke hold so I couldn’t run away or something haha! After the appointment the nailes looked ok although it wasn’t what I wanted but a day later the french manicure (painted on) had chipped on most of the nails already and after 2 days I started losing the first nails already, something that had never happened to me before in the 6 years I have acrylic and gel nails. After the bad experience and not being able to communicate at all at the nail studio I did not feel comfortable going back there at all. Besides all that the price was pretty steep too, I paid more than double the price I paid ever before, that was clear on beforehand ofcourse because I had booked online, but that was one of the reasons I expected good results and friendly staff. Altogether I would not recommend this place to anyone or at least hope they have more luck if they decide to go there.
