40 minuten moeten wachten zonder dat dit gecommuniceerd werd. Na een kwartier wachten gevraagd wanneer ik aan de beurt was, werd bot gezegd dat het nog een half uur ging duren zonder ook maar op te kijken of excuses aan te bieden.

When I go to Beauty by Megan, I normally receive a treatment by Yania, who is exceptional, but this was my first experience with Nadia. She was nice, but the entire treatment she was looking at her watch, or seemed like she didn't want to be there. When she was removing the calloused parts it felt really rushed, and was painful. I was disappointed because normally this is my favorite place to go to for a pedicure. When I left my feet did not feel as soft as usual.

When I walked in they looked surprised I had a reservation. The treatment started 25 mins late (no communication, no excuse) so they probably were. Also she didn’t ask if I wanted my nails shorter she just started cutting. And I was suppose to have a massage with my pedi which I didn’t get. I do like the result though but they could work on some customer service in my opinion.
