I might be spoiled (I recently moved from the UAE) but... I was quite disappointed to see that the tools didn't come in a closed plastic bag (meaning they are disinfected), the buffer was quite used and my technician, although super nice, worked with a bleeding finger. I had to ask her to put a band-aid on it. I have filing marks on three of my fingers (broken skin) and the overall quality of work just wasn't great. I have to stress that my technician was really nice, but I am afraid in this kind of places you want quality and safety. Also, it wasn't cheap, but I would be happy to pay the price if it was good quality. So I don't think I will be going back.
