I was really disappointed with my appointment. There was almost no consultation, and although I clearly asked for a natural look matching my current shade, the result turned out far too dark. Even after a week, my skin is still very irritated and my eyes are swollen every morning, which has never happened before. Due to the poor result and the ongoing reaction, I kindly request a refund.

Ik heb last minut gebelt voor een wimperremovar voor sluitingstijd en wauw katy wat een held! De zelfde dag bij een andere salon had ik wimper extensions laten zetten waar ik nooit eerder ben geweest me wimpers waren afschuwelijk geworden hele oog vol lijm en al. Katy is vanuit huis weer teruggekomen naar de salon om mij te helpen te verwijderen wat een andere persoon helemaal heeft verpest zo een liefe aardige mevrouw zij verdient 10000 sterren love love wat een service
