The environment was warm, welcoming, and clean. Natalia was lovely to be around and did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable in her assessment, but didn't push to sell me any products, which I really appreciated. It felt like she really wanted what was best for my skin and for my experience. Will definitely be returning!
