WARNING: please don’t go here. Typical scam place!! Had to wait for over 35 min to get my treatment. Employees sitting and doing nothing. My Brazilian was done by a nice lady but the treatment was done really poorly. Rash and a lot of hairs everywhere still, plus dried wax everywhere on my legs. Owner was super rude and tried to let me pay again. Seemed drugged or something. Please, pay me my refund back

I was really disappointed with my appointment. There was almost no consultation, and although I clearly asked for a natural look matching my current shade, the result turned out far too dark. Even after a week, my skin is still very irritated and my eyes are swollen every morning, which has never happened before. Due to the poor result and the ongoing reaction, I kindly request a refund.
